How close has lightning struck to you? Have you ever been struck by lightning?

Closed I came to lightning was a nearby transformer getting directly hit. Boom. That's as close as I ever wanna get.

I've been close enough one time to have my hair stand on end...not a very pleasant tingling sensation. Here's some recent footage I shot. Love my geeky laugh. Might have to play it a couple times it's very quick.
