Domestic Plants
Does anyone know of a plausible scientific theory on the domestication of plants? I have read articles on how Neolithic man made the wild to domestic conversion using basic agricultural techniques. But that would have required generations of cultivations without a guarantee, or understanding, that the plants would eventually be edible. That is not feasible in my mind. TYVM.
