Describe how the world would be if the first two laws law of dynamics (first law or Law of Inertia, and Newton's second law, also called fundamental law namely F=m a) would not exist, and would not be true. Consider that the last (the third law, action and reaction) is still true. Imaginbe such a world and give one clear explained example of strange phenomenon that may occur.
May be such a wolrd exists, with approximation, in some parts of the universe, or at some scale of this universe (large scale, small scale, etc...).
